Welcome to Quaintrelle Atelier. By accessing or using our website and participating in our workshops or offerings, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By registering or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Workshop Participation & Registration

• Participation in any Quaintrelle Atelier workshop is not confirmed until both payment and a completed registration form have been received.

• All workshops are designed to provide a safe, creative, and enjoyable space. By attending, you agree to respect the space, materials, instructors, and fellow participants.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who disrupts the environment or violates any part of these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• Workshop registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Due to the cost of supplies and preparation involved in our workshops, we offer partial refunds (50% of the purchase price) for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop will not be eligible for any refund.

• Taxes are non-refundable in all cases.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Liability Waiver

• By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Quaintrelle Atelier is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during a session.

• You agree to handle tools and materials responsibly and follow all instructions given by staff or facilitators.

• Any refreshments or light snacks provided during workshops are offered as a courtesy. Quaintrelle Atelier is not responsible for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or related issues that may occur. Participants are responsible for checking ingredients and consuming at their own discretion.

6. Product Purchases & Returns

• All products, jewelry, or artwork purchased at events or pop-ups are final sale and non-refundable.

• Quaintrelle Atelier does not guarantee the long-term condition of materials such as metal, stones, or finishes, as wear and tear, environmental exposure, and individual usage may affect each piece differently.

• While we use quality materials, we are not responsible for tarnishing, breakage, or material changes after the point of sale.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, class materials, and branding associated with Quaintrelle Atelier are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Photography & Media Release

• We may take photos or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

9. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected through workshop registration or newsletter sign-up is kept confidential and used only for communications related to Quaintrelle Atelier.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
